Lasagna Casserole

1 pound ground beef

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 teas salt, 1/2 teas pepper

1 pound medium shell pasta, cooked & drained

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

24oz carton small-curd cottage cheese

bullet

2 eggs, beaten

bullet

1/3 cup Parmesan

bullet

2 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes

bullet

26oz jar spaghetti sauce

Brown ground beef & onion. Combine cooked pasta, 3c of Mozzarella, cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan, parsley, salt & pepper, stir gently.  Pour this mixture into a greased 13x9 baking pan.  Top with ground beef mixture and spaghetti sauce.  The pan will be very full!  cover and bake at 350 for 45min.  Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, then bake uncovered for 15min. or until cheese is melted & bubbly.  Let stand 10 min. before serving.
