I've decided to share my recipes here on the web. Many of my friends and family ask me "please send me that recipe" and to be honest, I often forget who wanted what. Plus most everyone I know doesn't have a lot of extra time to spend in the kitchen but we all want a dinner that tastes good. So my goal is to put my favorite quick and easy recipes on the web. If you have one that would make our lives easier, please send it to me so I can add it to this site. Email: Lisa@thekelleys.com
Lasagna Casserole: I was given this recipe from a member of the www.parentsplace.com/messageboards when I was pregnant with Jacob. It quickly became one of our favorites. We no longer make old fashion lasagna, we would much rather have this version, especially since it's much easier to make. I can tell you that this is an inexpensive dish that makes a whole lot of food, so It's great to make when your expecting company, or if you want to have leftovers for a few days. Almost Chicken Parmesan: Here's a quick and easy one that I found at family.com. I I just cook some thin spaghetti to go with it and "ta-da" dinner is served. 15-min, Chicken & Rice Dinner: You can really have a complete dinner ready in just 15min. I even manage to "clean up" the little mess that I've made during that same 15min. This is a true lifesaver that I found at CampbellsKitchen.com. Corn Chowder: One of my very dear friends, Janice Lewis, requested this recipe. While it's not one that quick and easy, it is very good. So if you have a little time, you will surely enjoy it. This recipe comes from Chef Paul Prudhommed's Pure Magic cook book. Burritos: This one came from my mother. Everyone just loves them!
I found many of my favorite recipes from these websites. If you explore them, I'm sure you'll find some that are just perfect for you.
